Day 15 (Tuesday) - did nothing, lazy day
Day 16 (Wednesday) - took another day off. Intended to run, but changed my mind. Oops.
Day 17 (Thursday, September 1st) - ran 15 mins on treadmill, trained for 1 hour with trainer. Heavy leg day. Also shoulders. Great workout.
Day 18 (Friday) - too sore to workout. Took day off.
Day 19 (Saturday) - Excellent day! Still slightly sore from Thursday, but still pushed through. Did 1 hour of upper body training with trainer, then did arc trainer for 45 mins, 2 miles, approx. 500 calories (actually it said more, but I was told those readings are not accurate). Felt really good afterwards.
