Day 12, 13, & 14 - LR

Day 12 (Saturday) - Be a Fan of the Games soccer tournament... played about 50 mins of soccer total. Pretty decent workout, but ate like absolute shit all day/night. Stupid hurricane!

Day 13 (Sunday) - played approx. 70 mins of Over 30 soccer, 6 on 6, no subs. Took one water break. Excellent workout. Then went out with some of the Falcons (!!!!) to Fox & Hound and ate back all the calories I burned. Super.

Day 14 (Monday) - ran approximately 2 miles, walked approximately .75 on treadmill. Ate relatively well. Still can't kick the sweets habit - need to just stop buying them completely! Gah!
