Day 25 (Friday) - day off (shame on me!)
Day 26 (Saturday) - day off to preserve for soccer on Sunday
Day 27 (Sunday) - 90 mins of soccer, no sub. Ok... so maybe I ran for a total of 60 of those 90 minutes. But that's a hell of a lot of running!
Day 28 (Monday) - ridiculously exhausted from Sunday. Day off.
Not off to a good start this week - just not feeling great. Hoping to get my groove back soon!
Rene and I have decided that we are going to train to run a 5K together sometime this fall. Because we don't live that close to one another, we've decided to keep eachother accountable via this blog! Follow us in our adventures towards getting fit and losing weight!

Days 20 through 24 - LR
Day 20 (Sunday) - day off
Day 21 (Monday) - day off
Day 22 (Tuesday) - ran 3 miles on treadmill in the afternoon. The lifted weights for 1 hour in high-def class at the Y
Day 23 (Wednesday) - 1st night of soccer in awhile! Only played about 20 mins total, but went hard!
Day 24 (Thursday) - ran 1 mile on treadmill (11:45 pace) and lifted weights for 1 hour in high-def class (back and bi's)

Day 15 through 19 - LR
Day 15 (Tuesday) - did nothing, lazy day
Day 16 (Wednesday) - took another day off. Intended to run, but changed my mind. Oops.
Day 17 (Thursday, September 1st) - ran 15 mins on treadmill, trained for 1 hour with trainer. Heavy leg day. Also shoulders. Great workout.
Day 18 (Friday) - too sore to workout. Took day off.
Day 19 (Saturday) - Excellent day! Still slightly sore from Thursday, but still pushed through. Did 1 hour of upper body training with trainer, then did arc trainer for 45 mins, 2 miles, approx. 500 calories (actually it said more, but I was told those readings are not accurate). Felt really good afterwards.
