Day 10, Wednesday - trained with personal trainer for about 45 mins, all upper body. Then did 30 mins on the resistance trainer, approx. 3 miles.
Day 11, Thursday - went to gym with friend, talked more than we worked out. Did about 25 mins total of cardio, and about 10 mins of abs. Pretty lame. I think I'm taking tomorrow off in preparation for Saturday's tournament! :)
