Day 4 & 5 - LR

Day 4 - total washout. Was in gym clothes, ready to go... then sat down on the couch and it was all over.

Day 5 (Friday) - made up for day 4! Ran .5 miles on treadmill, then trained with personal trainer for 1 hour. Then ran 2.52 miles on treadmill afterwards. Great day! Chinese food tonight probably undid all the hard work, but I'll get back at it this weekend!

Can't wait for Sunday soccer to start though!!!!
