Day 1 - LR

I started on Sunday, August 14th... I went to the gym and ran a mile on the treadmill (approximately 13 minutes). Then I went to my Over 30 women's soccer league and played for approximately 90 minutes.
I ate relatively well throughout the day.
Struggles for the day: I definitely didn't drink enough water, have to work on that!
